The upper-upscale, institutional-quality hotel features 333 keys, 15,000 square feet of meeting space, and 17,000 square feet of additional retail space. “Recently opened in 2017, the property anchors the City’s Capitol District, a 24/7, live-work-play destination dining and entertainment district walking distance to TD Ameritrade Park, The Old Market, and CHI Health Center Omaha,” noted Greg Mendell, an Associate at RobertDouglas.
