Mr. Broad is a Managing Director of RobertDouglas and brings over 25 years of experience in hospitality investment sales. Prior to joining RobertDouglas, Andy was a Principal with Avison Young where he helped lead the hospitality team. Furthermore, Andy was a Co-President with Hotel Assets Group, where he developed a proven track record in hotel brokerage.

Since 1999, Mr. Broad has been the principal broker on the sale of over 300 hotels throughout the United States. Mr. Broad also has extensive experience with third-party hotel management contracts and hotel franchise agreements.
Mr. Broad served as a member of the Board of Directors at Morgans Hotel Group between 2013 and 2016. He is also a recipient of the 2021 Co-Star “Power Broker” Awards, which is a premier industry award recognizing commercial real estate’s top brokers.
Mr. Broad holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University. When Andy isn’t trying to work a hotel deal, you will find him relaxing on a beach somewhere.
